The letter offers people 25 percent of $21.6 million in exchange for funding and for acting as a contract beneficiary for the money. 

" I just want to make sure that everybody out there is aware of it, " Harper stressed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Miss Kelly Suzzanne Felter, to Mr. Scott Manio Olive is this week being announced by her parents, Mrs. Carolyn R. Davis of Crosby and Mr. William W. Felter of Woodville. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Searcy Olive, Jr., of Woodville. The couple plan to marry on Saturday, the thirteenth of September, in a half past six o'clock ceremony at the Woodville Baptist Church

were married in a sex o'clock ceremony on Saturday evening, the seventeenth of June, at the Centreville United Methodist Church.  The Reverend Willis Cochran officiated.
